Executive Summary

Founder-operator and P&L leader with 15+ years across capital markets, fintech, digital banking and enterprise AI in Singapore, Greater China and Southeast Asia. Repeat 0-to-1 builder: co-founded two Singapore startups, stood up new-country businesses as country head, led a global bank’s first commercial fintech partnership in Asia, joined the founding team of a leading Indonesian digital bank, and today owns the commercial P&L of an enterprise-AI company across Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Equally strategic and hands-on - as effective setting direction with boards and regulators as building pipeline, teams and partnerships from zero. Works daily in English and Mandarin, bridging Chinese and international stakeholders across Western and Asian ecosystems.

Professional Experience

DYNA.AI
Enterprise AI delivering conversational AI agents & solutions for financial institutions and enterprises
Singapore | 2024 – Present
General Manager - Singapore, Hong Kong & Taiwan
  • Own the commercial P&L across Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan with in-country-CEO scope: commercial growth, corporate strategy, partnerships, corporate development and investor relations - working directly with the founder.
  • Broke ground in Singapore from a standing start - no local brand, reference clients or playbook - landing GXS Bank (the Grab-Singtel-backed digital bank) as the flagship first client in a category where buyers are still defining what they need.
  • Earned an expanded mandate across Hong Kong and Taiwan on the strength of the Singapore build - each a distinct regulatory, language and buyer market.
  • Move risk-averse financial institutions from AI experimentation to operational deployment, earning trust across procurement, risk, compliance and the C-suite over long sales and integration cycles.
  • Led fundraising and investor engagement for the company’s eight-figure Series A round, closed Q1 2026.
  • Serve as the public face of the company at industry, investor and government forums; bridge Chinese and international stakeholders, operating daily in Mandarin with a predominantly China-based team.
  • Run the GM office AI-natively - building custom AI agents that automate meeting intelligence, CRM updates, candidate assessment and client-deck production.
DKATALIS (BANK JAGO)
Leading digital bank in Indonesia
Singapore & Indonesia | 2021 – 2024
Partnership Lead (Band 2): Merchant Business GTM, Strategy & Special Projects
  • Founding team member for Bank Jago’s Merchant Business - the early building block of what is today Jago Bisnis, the bank’s business-banking proposition.
  • Launched the strategic partnership with GoBiz (GoTo Group) in 2022, embedding banking into the GoFood merchant experience and standing up a new business line integrated with one of the region’s largest tech ecosystems.
  • Expanded the GoTo partnership across broader merchant and e-commerce seller platforms, deepening the ecosystem integration that seeded Jago’s business banking play.
  • As part of the bank’s special-projects task force, worked directly with the Board on strategic priorities - including a flagship initiative with a major telco to extend banking to Indonesia’s mass-market and underbanked population, in line with national financial-inclusion goals.
  • Originated and assessed standalone growth initiatives across Wealth Management, Shariah and MSME segments to broaden the customer base.

Fintech innovation & partnership initiatives for Wholesale Banking, APAC
Singapore | 2019 – 2021
Partnership Lead (VP), ING Innovation APAC

  • Localized initiatives incubated at ING Labs in Europe for Asia - building the business case, developing go-to-market strategies and driving them from pilot through pre-production.
  • Bridged external startups and internal stakeholders - translating between fast-moving founders and a large, process-driven institution to carry partnerships through to execution.
  • Built new cross-functional coalitions across ING, aligning teams that don’t normally work together to move innovation-partnership projects through to execution.
  • Co-authored ING’s innovation-partnership playbook - the bank’s framework for executing fintech startup partnerships - securing senior-management approval and setting the template for subsequent efforts.
